PLEASE REVIEW THESE TERMS OF SALE CAREFULLY AS THIS DOCUMENT GOVERNS YOUR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS FROM LU-C™ AND CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU. 

 

Lu-C™ Guarantee and Lifetime Warranty

 

We stand behind the quality of all Lu-C™ products and are so confident that you will be thrilled with your Lu-C™ purchase that we offer a money-back guarantee.

If your Lu-C™ batteries, cartomizers, or charging pack do not meet your expectations, you may return any of them within 90 days after date of purchase for a replacement free of charge or a refund of the full amount of your purchase, as you request. If your purchase was on back order, you may return your product within 90 days after delivery.

Follow these simple steps to receive a replacement free of charge or a refund of the full amount of your Lu-C™ purchase:

  1. Call 1-888-507-0195 to speak to a Lu-C™ customer care representative. Please have your Proof of Purchase (either your Purchase Receipt or Order Number) available.
  2. The customer care representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and will send you a prepaid shipping label. Simply affix the provided shipping label to a padded envelope or box (you can reuse the one in which your product originally came), and return your Lu-C™ e‑vapor product with the assigned RMA number and your Purchase Receipt/Order Number.
  3. Upon receipt of your returned Lu-C™ e‑vapor product, we will process your return and send you a replacement free of charge or refund the full amount of your purchase, as you request.

 

Lifetime Warranty

 

We want you to enjoy Lu-C and smoke anytime you wish. To make that happen your Lu-C must function at all time. If for any reason it does not function please use the contact us form, call us, or go on the live chat. We want to make things right and will fix your problem. 

These warranties do not apply to damage caused by any modification or alteration to the Lu-C™® batteries, cartomizers, or charging pack, or if damage is caused by use with batteries, cartridges, pods or accessories from another manufacturer.

Subject to the unlimited warranty above, in the event that any of your Lu-C™ e‑vapor products fail to operate properly, we will replace the product at no charge. Please follow these 3 easy steps to return your Lu-C™ e‑vapor product and receive a replacement:

  1. Call Lu-C™ Customer Care at 1-888-507-0195. Please have the following information available:
    • Product to Be Returned
    • Purchase Receipt or Order Number
    • Purchase Date
    • Reason for the Return
  2. Our Customer Care Team will process your replacement request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and will send you a prepaid shipping label. Simply affix the provided shipping label to a padded envelope or box (you can reuse the one in which your product originally came), and return your Lu-C™ e-vapor product with the assigned RMA number and your Purchase Receipt/Order Number.
  3. Once our Customer Care Team has received the Lu-C™ e‑vapor product you have returned, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Sandstone Springs Labs, LLC reserves the right to change the terms of this limited warranty without any prior notice and at its sole discretion.

Pricing Information

 

You agree to pay the published product price at time of purchase plus applicable taxes and shipping. All prices for products (and the associated costs of shipping and tax) are shown in U.S. dollars. All items are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, and to discontinue products without notice, even if you have already placed your order. All prices are subject to change without notice, and you agree that taxes may be adjusted from the amount shown on your order confirmation, in accordance with applicable state laws. Several factors may cause this, such as changes in tax rates. Despite our efforts, occasional pricing errors may occur. Sandstone Springs Labs, LLC reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was an error concerning the price or availability of any item you ordered, even if you have received an order confirmation.

Sales/Use Tax
Applicable sales or use tax will be included on items as required by law. The amount of tax charged, if any, is based on the tax laws in effect in the applicable jurisdiction at the time of shipment.

Order Processing
Once a properly completed order is received, authorization of your form of payment is received, and we have accepted your order, verified that you are 21 years of age or older, and charged your card, we will promptly place your order in line for shipment. Please note, however, that we reserve the right to refuse an order or limit quantities in any order at our sole discretion.

Credit Cards
Lu-C™ e‑vapor currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated credit card and authorize us to charge your order (including taxes, shipping and handling) to that credit card. If the credit card cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.

Order Cancellation
To ensure prompt delivery, we endeavor to quickly process your order and prepare it for shipment. Indeed, all orders are prepared for shipment within 30 minutes of placement, and most are prepared for shipment within only a few minutes. Once an order has been prepared for shipment, it cannot be cancelled. As such, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled. Please call our Customer Care Team at 1-888-507-0195 to see if your order may be cancelled; if your order has already been prepared for shipment, our Customer Care Team will assist you in finding an alternative solution.

No Resale
SSH, LLC sells and ships Lu-C™  e‑vapor products to end-user customers only. You may not purchase Lu-C™ e‑vapor products for resale. SSH, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.

 

Shipping and Delivery

 

Events Outside Our Control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control.

An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.

If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under these Terms:

(a) we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable to notify you; and (b) our obligations under these Terms will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the effects of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of Goods to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the effects of the Event Outside Our Control are over.

Where We Ship
We endeavor to ship anywhere in the world, where possible.  We only ship to certain states and localities in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and U.S. Territories. We do ship to AFO/FPO/DPO addresses and P.O. Boxes. If we determine that we are unable to ship to any locality, we will notify you at time of checkout or via other means on Lu-C.com.

Timing and Method of Shipment
Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday. Orders must be completed by 2 PM ET (12 PM ET on Friday) in order to be received by the selected delivery window. Note that delivery times are calculated in Business Days. After the order has been completed and prepared for shipment, please allow 5 - 8 Business Days for orders sent via free shipping to arrive. For faster shipping options (at additional cost), we estimate that orders placed before 2:00 PM ET will arrive according to the following schedule: Expedited Delivery – 3 to 5 Business Days, Priority Delivery – 2 to 3 Business Days, Overnight Delivery – next Business Day, and Priority Overnight – next Business Day in early AM. Please note that all estimates are provided by the shipping carriers, and that all orders are shipped only once the order has been completed and prepared for shipment. At the moment, we do not offer same-day delivery. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a link, which will take you to the relevant shipping company’s website. Our shipping department is closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Please note that our delivery dates may be further affected by public holidays and some geographic locations.

Shipping Charges
We offer free standard ground shipping. You are responsible for paying any costs for expedited shipping. Shipping charges will be included on your invoice and can be viewed prior to finalizing your order. The shipping charge shown during the checkout process is subject to verification. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.

Title
Title to product passes from us to you upon shipment, and we are not responsible for any shipping delays or problems once the product has been shipped. Your parcel is covered by insurance up to the point that it is delivered to you.
